SAMPLE POLICY

Cork Camp accepts wine samples for features, reviews and potential brand collaborations and event partnerships. Wine-related accessories, products and books are also of interest to our community of wine enthusiasts and professionals. Wineries, distributors, importers or publishers that want to send samples should email us prior to shipping.  By submitting sample items, you agree to the following:

• There are no preconditions about what is written.

• Inclusion of your sample may be on one or more of our platforms (website, newsletter, social media) at our discretion.

• Sending samples do not guarantee a feature, review, collaboration or partnership.

• All wine samples must include supporting material including tech sheets, retail price and contact information. Accessories must include instructions.

• We do not guarantee that samples will be reviewed or featured in any set timeframe, or at all, and it may take up to 90 days before we get to your sample.

• All samples will be discussed honestly and without bias. No preference is given to complimentary wines or products. We provide our audience feedback and may choose not to recommend your item to our audience.

• All samples are labeled as such in all communications.

• If a sample is corked or otherwise faulty, we will alert you and not share a review with our audience.

• Samples are submitted solely at your discretion. Cork Camp is not obligated to use, endorse or review your item.
